I love how easy this product is to take. The flavor is very much green apple with a hint of bitterness but truly after a while its not bad at all. I will say keep in mind this is like natures metformin so I would recommend starting to take a little less than they recommend and work your way up because it does cause some stomach irritation if you know what I mean. I havent been taking it for too long but aside from some stomach issues at first, there have been no other side effects. I will say that my energy levels seem to be a little better than they were. So far I like it and would definitely repurchase it again!

The berberine drops have an acceptable flavor, its apple. its not too harsh or overpowering if you like the apple flavor. I have been taking them under my tongue. I have no notable side effects of it but on the other hand I do not have any noticeable benefits either.
